SPOT ON Hotel Vandana - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Rooms were very bad. We have booked hotel through oyo app having AC and all other amenities. But when we reached they said that we have to wait for 4 hours rooms are equipped right now. After waiting for four hours they have given us one room which was on 5th floor without any amenities. It was looking like a servant room. They are fake peoples please don't go there. I suggest you guys to be very careful while booking room at Paharganj area.

Except the location of the hotel.. nothing is good Behaviour of the staff members were rude specially the receptionist Staffs' were not listening to us... They were just scrolling there phone The receptionist don't know how to talk with customers... Beds were very much dirty. Bathrooms were not cleaned

I had a terrible experience at Flagship Hotel V K Stay (also known as Vandana Guest House). Firstly, the hotel overcharged us for the room, and to make matters worse, they delayed our check-in by more than 5 hours, despite promising us an AC room as per our OYO booking. When we finally received our room, it was not an AC room as promised, and the hotel staff demanded extra charges for an AC room. Their behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. They made us wait for hours without any explanation or apology, and when we questioned them about the delay and the overcharging, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay. Their overcharging, delay in providing the room, and not providing the promised AC room along with the rude and unprofessional behavior of their staff make it a terrible experience for guests. There are much better options available in the area, and I would suggest exploring those instead of risking your trip with Flagship Hotel V K Stay (also known as Vandana Guest House).

Very bad. No room service, bad & unclean, unhygienic toilets. No arrangement for hot/warm water in bathroom. Poor lighting Inside the room. I've even noticed mouses 3/4 times during my stay. No lift. Scarcity of tap water is an issue also. Only advantage is that parking is available in front of the hotel.

Totally a 3rd Class Hotel. The rooms are so dirty, you will not be able to stay here. Totally a third class hotel, the staffs, managers were rude!

Very bad experience during check-in. I made the booking through goibibo. The hotel denied my check-in saying that all the rooms are already full. It was at 10-11pm when this happened. Then they sent me to their different hotel which was at spooky and wierd location and asked me to stay there. I refused to stay there as I wasn't feeling safe. After a lot of talk with goibibo support several times, they provided us a room. Very bad behaviour and unacceptable.

"Come get scammed" worst hotel ever. Even their whole staff are experts in scamming. Booked through OYO on April 3rd 2023. They wouldn't let us in after we told them that we booked through OYO, they told us to pay rs1100 for a room promising us a high quality room and that the money which was paid through OYO would be refunded by morning. Now that i call them everyday they make up new excuses everytime. They even started slanging me for asking for the refund. Worst experience Worst hotel * Dirty. * Smelly. * Even the doors have marks showing it has been forced opened. * WIFI just exists for namesake. * AC room had no AC. * Rude staffs all in white uniforms. * Bunch of liars. * According to the staff the manager suddenly gets sick and the next hour he is on vacation. * Not forgetting about the 0 services provided. Bunch of buffoons trying to do some third rate hotel business.

Very Bed Experience first they are book by online apps but at the time of handover the room provide Damage room very old furniture...
