My recent booking at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, and the experience left me feeling completely swindled and cheated. The hotel manager's deceptive behavior right from the start set the tone for this disastrous ordeal. Upon arrival, the manager hurriedly took charge of the payment before even showing me the room. Foolishly, I obliged, thinking that the room would at least live up to some basic standards. Little did I know that I was about to enter a room that could only be described as a cesspool of filth and neglect. The room was beyond disappointing; it was downright appalling. The towels provided were threadbare and stained, making me question if they had ever seen a washing machine. The toilet was in a deplorable state, and the stench emanating from it was unbearable. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were alien concepts to this establishment. What added insult to injury was the lack of a TV in the room, despite the hotel advertising it as one of their amenities. I was looking forward to some downtime with entertainment, but that hope was quickly dashed. It was like stepping back in time to an era before televisions were invented. But the worst was yet to come. The bedsheet was so filthy and stained that I couldn't even muster the courage to sleep in it. The entire room screamed of negligence, and I couldn't believe that they had the audacity to charge extra for this pitiful excuse for accommodation. To make matters even more infuriating, the manager had the nerve to demand additional money through an online UPI transaction. It was an absolute scam, and I felt cornered and helpless, trapped in this terrible excuse for a hotel with no other options at that hour. I implore anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere. This place is an absolute disgrace and a rip-off. The manager's shady tactics, combined with the deplorable state of the room, left me regretting my decision to stay here from the moment I stepped foot inside. Save yourself the trouble and your hard-earned money. The lack of basic amenities, unhygienic conditions, and dishonest practices make this hotel a place to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the disappointment and frustration and find a more reputable and respectable establishment for your stay.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying in this hotel, and it was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I stepped foot into this establishment, everything seemed to go downhill. Upon finally reaching my room, I was greeted by an overpowering stench that could only be described as a mix of mold and mildew. It was evident that the room hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. The linens and towels looked dirty and worn out, and I even spotted a few suspicious stains on the sheets - utterly disgusting! And hotel manager is also fruad. Not recommended to anyone.
Worst Experience I ever had. Worst service. No cleaning. Checked out the room with out chech in. Wantedly shut down the Power to my room
worst area. the worst hotel i have ever stayed. completely dusty area, dusty room, wall, fans even the bed sheets. you can see accumulated dust on walls, fans, floor. Horrible rooms. No hot water. Very big steps to climb. once you pay money you are least bothered by the manager. it is also not near to railway station, situated in a congested small gully. better to stay on roads.
I stayed in a non-AC room for 1 day & 1 night: It had stainy walls, felt unhygienic. Bathroom are old, not so good. In my case the flush wasn't working properly, I told staff twice about that and they didn't care about it. There's no hot water. Bed and sheets were okay. This place doesn't have lift. The locality is very crowded, everything is sticking one another building and small roads Overall if you want a room for few hours, it's okay to stay here but will not recommend for long stays
I request to all user don't go there they are making fraud they charge extra amount after check in and arguing. Staff's behavior is so rude. Room toilet too dirty and rate( chooha) will disturbe you in every room. AC is not working condition. Hotel manager changed room in every 2 hours it's done 4 times.
Please do not book this hotel ever in your life. Do not book this on the basis of what images of rooms they have. Rooms were terrible there. Bedsheet, washrooms are so bad that you can't even imagine. I booked two rooms and they didn't have available rooms in their property. Staff mis behaved with us when we complaint about the room condition and availability of second room. Somehow, All four of us managed in one room in night. Staff was ready to fight with us. Washrooms are worst than public toilets. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY EVER. I don't know how they have this much good reviews and suprised who gave these reviews. Had terrible experience there.
