Booked room from Agoda app. After booking and payment, the hotel management denied to provide room at the booking cost. Why this hotel is not suspended from all hotel booking apps? How can they deny to every customer who had booked rooms online?
After making a booking on Oyo and spending half a thousand rupees, they ask you to pay extra and if not they deny check in, asking you to call the customer care outside the hotel on the road, while they close the gate and lock it up literally. Neither can you get a refund nor can you cancel the booking... Either way the money is gone... A very cunning way to cheat people by Oyo... No wonder it's a great app... Just cheat 100 to thousand rupees out of the million who are booking through your app...
Deny online booking & ask for extra cash, disgusting rooms, and very bad hygiene, never book this hotel.
Worst experience with this hotel via OYO . I booked this hotel for 1 night stay and i had paid the amount prior through OYO app but when i reached the hotel they told we don't accept online booking and if you want to stay then you have to PAY extra amount for that which is way more than what i had booked the hotel for and when OYO cancelled my booking they refunded half the amount paid.This has been the worst experience from my side in OYO booking so kindly its a request oyo should consider that this a serious issue as it is defaming its brand value.
Oyo is totally a scam the discount it give it's totally fake once you reach the hotel they will charge you extra. I booked a hotel 87073 online paid it for 2 days with coupens but they charged me extra and more money. They clearly told that they are not accepting Oyo booking then why the hell is this hotel on Oyo...
Worst experience...after booking from Oyo the hotel guy didn't allowed to check-in..he was asking for extra money which I refused to pay...the behaviour of the reception guy is very bad too...Oyo customer care didn't even responded properly...if any authority seeing my review please take a strict action
