Worst experience very bad hotel and booking rate to above money collected very bad smell of room I don't like ..

The fan was not working of my room and they keep shifting my room so its an average experience. You should always be in touch with your partner hotels are they working in good way or not. Thank you and the hotel i was staying in didn't accepted my money via google pay online they demanded me cash so i made a payment of 463 to the hotel staff and the app was showing 362 rupees so its very unfair. You should definitely work on this.

They had alloted my room to someone else And asked me to book room offline at a higher price 1400 instead of price showing in oyo was low. They asked me not to pay through oyo app. Worst experience. Sttaf is very bad waiste my 1 hour oyo was not supported only time waiste don't go oyo police and hotel police not match very worst experience holl my life

It was pathetic and painful experience with OYO. they are unicorn startup but their services are very bad. I booked a room and paid online forHotel sagar but hotel receptionist/owner denied to give room although on Oyo app check in showing but hotel sagar claimed that booking was not received and room is not vacant. Oyo services does not have any tool to confirm that booking was alloted to the same person.their survilance system/recognition/Trustworthiness/reliability is totally failed when contacted to oyo team they did not help or not capable to help.their app is just like incomplete robot.since room was not Alloted in hotel sagar.they are cheater/fraud. Oyo management should take action to this type of hotel and make strict adherence to the policy or check-in system so that in future no one should face same problem. worst experience with oyo and worst hotel sagar kanpur.

I booked a room through oyo.. When i reached hotel, then hotel manager had allotted a room which is totally different from pic of room that is in description. Room was too small, heated too much, dirty, bedsheets were very very dirty etc. etc.. When i asked manager to change my room, then he rudely told me that others rooms are not available, (since rooms are available because in front of me manager had alloted three rooms for couples) and if u have more problem, then talk to oyo customer care no. I talked to Oyo customer agent, and he told that hotel manager is out of reach, so i am so sorry.. and he told me told to cancel the booking and book another hotel. Rooms were not available at nearest location and i had to face very problem.. Worst experienced ever from both hotel manager and especially from oyo customer care agent.

This hotel can deny your check in after paid booking just because earning extra money. Don't trust this hotel.. I am sleeping near Railway station bcz of this bad attitude of the owner

I booked this room at 432 on Oyo. And staff charged me extra money around 800 he says itna hi Dena padega. And when I paying money and submiting my details over register then he ask for my phone for booking I'd and give rating 5 star over the app. I don't recommend anyone to stay there one of the worst hotel
