Worst experience all staff are very rude and unprofessional after check in they provide a room and and after few hours they will say your room has leaking issue they will provide you another room and room worst even then previous room and will ask more money if you denied give more money they ready to fight and give threatening this is trap and room like dharmshala and all people are drunk i feel it is desi bar.......

They Told Us Each Meal Thali Cost 150 but They Charged us total 700 for 3 meal after Meal Is Delivered. Please Give Bad Reviews To This Hotel.....this is my humble Request.....And Please Don't Stay Here...

Avoid this hotel. Stayed for a night in this hotel. Room was big and the pros ends here . Bed was hard. Toilet door did not close properly. Hot water was not available for bath. Families should never even think of staying in this hotel. Don't fall for less room rates to book this hotel. This is one of worst hotel i have stayed till now . Worst room. Hygiene is zero. Staffs are good no doubt. But staying in this type of hotel is waste of money. Please do not visit specially when you are with family.

Worst experience with hotel Moon palace delux, I booked this hotel by using OYO apk, my Booking was prepaid and when I reached at hotel, Hotel manager said there is room available at price of Rs1200 after few minutes one another person came and booked a room in same hotel with cash payment. I had to feel so emerass after paying in advance and not getting the room at all. Hotel staff is also rude when I asked him for help he said "you haven't paid to us you have paid to Oyo contact them", Now here the question is if I booked hotel from Oyo and owner is not responsible" , now the question is if hotel is not responsible so why they are on OYO?? They have to layoff from Oyo ap.

I have the worst hotel experience at this hotel. They were asking for the extra money in the name of taxes which was already included at the time of booking. They have the worst staff with them when I asked helper to pick up my bag he said Mai nhi uthunga khud utha ke lejao I was having no option as already the payment was completed. There washroom as well as the room both condition were too worst even the bedsheets were too dirty and was smelling alot. Washroom was too dirty and the toilet sheet was too worst flash was not working. Overall sleep in the railway station but don't book this hotel room.

This is the most worst hotel in near new delhi paharjung do not recommend anyone.i stayed couple off hour after that they say you have to move next hotel otherwise, room is full, I was paying full payment they want half payment to return, I forced pay my money they pay back...after I find new hotel....room is not clean...bathroom was smiling......
