Hotel room is decent enough to stay. Don't expect high fi amenities. Hotel is upset with Oyo discount offers. They expect min 500 per night. If they get to know you paid less than 500 due to offers or discounts, they will be upset. They will deny to extend your stay.

BAD RECEPTION. Poor facilities like no drinking water in the rooms. Bed was dent and bent making sound when you sleep. No mirror in the bathroom at washbasin. My another room provided had the ventilator broken making it unsafe to stay. On demand provided another room small in size but charged the same amount. No complimentary breakfast provided.I do not wish to visit it again.

Very bad behaviour with third class facility. Even bedsheets are not washed properly. Charging extra money from the customer those who book via Oyo Room temperature was too hot

Photos displayed in website is of new hotel, but rooms provided is in old hotel. Rooms are not even dusted properly with lots of dust under the cot. There are broken tables and toilet doors. The staff at reception are very rude and do not have basic common sense. Very bad experience and won't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely the worst hotel ever.. Please don't stay here.. They show some good photos in the oyo of some other hotel but this is completely different.. I booked it on jan 2nd night at 10 and immediately called them for assistance, they recieved the call and disconnected immediately after knowing that it was about my payment issue.. I somehow went there and checked in, and then next day at 8:30 am in the morning before going out to Ramoji film city i informed the reception that i want to extend the stay for 2 more nights so i informed them that i will check out at 11 on 5th Jan, but on 5th Jan the reception person came and knocked my door continuously at 8:30 am and was asking me to check-out immediately or else pay 400 extra if you want to stay till 11.. I had to pay 400 extra... And the service was absolutely worst.. No soap, no water, no cleaning, no towel.. I spent 3 nights there and not even once the room was cleaned.. "ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EVER IN MY LIFE "

I stay in this hotel for my coaching classes. The location is perfect, the food is good, and the rooms are clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay near ICAI or CA coaching centers.

itu2019s value for money..during winters itu2019s very good. itu2019s summer now and i felt too much heat inside room and very noisy as the hotel exactly beside road.option to choose ac room not available

dear sir/ madam, this is to bring your kind notice that with respect to my stay at kanha residency Hyderabad, they were totally misguide and lack of transparency while booking. they demanded extra rs.500/_ in addition to which I have paid. so total amount rs paid.
