Bhai bahot khrab hotel hai bolte kuch hai hota kuch hai Hotel me Worst & Dirty room & service staff behaviour. They charged 700 Rs. For 24 hrs. But no facility in room. No mobile charging point, No intercom service, TV not working, No AC remote available for handle the AC. After that unprofessional behaviour by staff. So that my first time experience with OYO is last. Rating - ZERO (0).
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. After making me wait for more than 1 hour, they gave me a room for 2 minutes. Then, after two minutes, they said, "This room is not available. If you want any of the rooms in this hotel, you have to pay more." I denied paying more money because I had already paid the full amount on the OYO app through Paytm. They also said, "Cancel this booking, and we can book another hotel for you, and you have to pay offline." I didn't cancel the booking because the paid amount was non-refundable. Instead, I had to book another hotel.
OK Google, "Tell me, Is there any option to rate in negative Star". then I can give Five stars in Negative. Room is not clean, hope it is not cleaned from the day of inaugurated.
The most WORST hotel experience that I have received starting from check in , room quality , highly unprofessional property manager and staff , poorest infra of rooms , wifi etc. Pls dont stay here even for free.
The location of the hotel is not easy to find. Bhot hi gande rooms, smell aati hai sab rooms mein. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars and not 1, is the behaviour of the staff. They were friendly. Meri majboori thi isliye I had to stay here because other oyos denied check in after the bookings were made. It's very difficult to find hotels these days, let alone good ones.
They denied to confirm entry even after confirm booking from mmt and also talked to customer care but even they denied for check in in night. Don't book this. Very rude behaviour
No TV , no wifi , nothing working in room . Service is very poor. Donot take any meal.
