SPOT ON Hotel Apple Tree - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

The location is not safe at all. Please don't book this hotel they will charge extra even if you have already booked online. Third class room, no water bottle, door not properly closed, only one charging socket is working. There is no water drinking bottle. If possible, i will give this hotel zero star.

Never ever book this hotel. Very bad experience. Rude behaviour of staff. Dirty bedsheets. used pillows n blankets. It was not actually a hotel, one can easily see the same by going through the pictures. Too dirty hotel .. no drinking water availability... This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1 star. A third class hotel which deserve less than 200/- per night When u visit this hotel for the first time ,u will be like "isse accha toh train ke waiting hall mein aaram kar lete".. hotel manager will ask you to give extra cash for the same room.

Budget friendly hotel , but in the website it was showing 700per room And after we arrived there, the staff denied the room booked from website. We had to rebook the room and they asked for 1200per room

Very cheap personality of person who is sitting in reception. Oyo should train them atleast how to behave with customers. No cleaning and amenities in the hotel. Very rude behavior and arrogant personality.

It is very Disgusting place of Indore in location and Cleaness. . The dont show pictures of room on apps . First they Invited me and when I reached they show variety of rooms . One So dirty and small that you cannot even breath . .and other little better but extra chargeable .. Staff don't have manner to behave and talk . It a request don't go here even If it is your last choice . . .

we booked our room on 15th may for 17th to 19th may. When we reach there our room was allotted to local couple for few hours. When we asked the owner about that he can't give proper reason and was answering randomly. The staff was rude and mannerless. staff asked money for cigarette and chakna(literally). The room are very suffocating with no ventilation. Bedsheets were dirty. No RO drinking water facility. Washroom and drainage system isn't proper. We called to OYO customer care service but they didn't respond us. Bad location. Worst service and rooms were even worst

Room showing online would be 350rs but when you go they will ask for extra amount. Cleaness zero, yes staff behavior is good.. But all are money minded and want to have extra rupees with zero facility Now OYO is standardised reply Wow... Kuch kaam kar lo otherwise no one in market can sustain without good customer service

Very bad experience receptionist misbehaved with coustomer
