SPOT ON Gayatri Comforts - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I had a worst experience in this hotel. Firstly I booked through agoda without seeing google reviews and there is a person at the entrance asks for extra 200 rupees saying that all rooms are full. I have seen the earlier Google reviews later similar and realised that it's a part of scam. They have to take down this hotel. Minimum common sense is to provide water bottle and surprised they didn't provide. There are bugs in the room. Simply spent like almost 1000 rupees for this. Terrible

Worst ever to book on oyo.. when you book online .u will not get room when you reach there..the front door manager will tell you that the room is not available and u have to pay for other rooms..it is repeating every time .so no one book oyi rooms in advance and shouldn't pay money in advance.. rooms are not same as shown in photos and very untidy and full of cockroaches..they won't even change bed sheet or pillow cover and bathroom towel. If you're new to a place they will exploit you for sure..so beware of such fraudulent services.

CAUTION! If you book via OYO for cheap price and go here to have room, you won't get the room and won't get the money also. This is a totally scam place as there are no proper rooms at all. They have registered with OYO but hasn't verified that this is not a genuine lodging place. There will be no owner/properly manager in the place where reception is there. A boy will be sitting watching Gicchi Gili Gili(an entertainment show from kannada channel) on a TV. That boy doesn't know anything. As taught by the Owner/property manager he demands more amount than the prepaid amount on OYO. After we disagreed to give, he started watching TV again instead of resolving the issue. I tried contacting OYO customer care and able to explain the issue. The executive when asked to speak to the Property manager, property manager was not there. Hence the boy who wanted to talk denied talking saying that 'I am not allowed to Talk like that'. He is such a Horrible person I have ever met(knndddlli avnnnu gaaNddu aNt kriitiini). At final, OYO also can't initiate the refund saying that 'you have stayed and checked out of the hotel', but the reality is they didn't provide us the room at all. Money gone, No stay. Had to return back. OYO team, if you read this horrible review of this so called lodge, then untie their agreement with OYO and remove this hotel from your Database so that others money will be safe and no further scam occurs. And offcourse, upgrade your quality of solving issues in Ground team as they don't know how to analyse the issue and they provide false statements judging randomly without knowing the reality.

Worst worst worst experience. Very cheap room and they charged 1700 per day even without ac and providing drinking water.. And at night they came and asked for 300 rupees extra when we refused to pay they asked us to vacate at that night time.. Don't book this room please find someplace better with good amount of money. Very bad experience

The worst experience....after booking through online ..those fellows are telling no rooms ...I have taken room somewhere else ... It's a fraud by OYO ...or that spot on Gayatri I don't know

Spot on Gayatri comforts is a Worst hotel in yelahanka new town,the hotel reception person is drunk and missbehaving with the customers at midnight,when me and my girlfriend at room the hotel receptionist old man he drunk and knocking the door and disturbing at nights,the hotel receptionist is not allowing outside to take my food from Zomato also,the hotel receptionist is drinking at nights and fighting with customers and missbehaving,this is the one of the worst hotel I saw in my life, worst management in the hotel,i think 5 members are there workers in hotel only one old person he is drinking and fighting always, he is fighting and saying to checkout at midnight,worst fellows are managing hotel,I hope the manager of this should change the workers and drinkers in hotel reception,i suggest not to go to this hotel to anyone of my friends and relatives very very worst and bad experience

Totally bad experience. Paid the amount in OYO.I got in offer 1400 /- room I got it for 411. I paid 411 in OYO app. But the Gayatri comfort refused to give me room and asked for another 600. still waiting for my 411 from OYO.

Not good and not bad also.. I was gon there in emergency work.. I had exams. But they took so much of money. Bot worth it. I felt very bad
