In Oyo app they say that AC Glyzer TV and other facilities are available, if I book and go to the hotel, the hotel will say you do not have AC in your booking. If you want AC, you have to pay more amount. Which is also not neat, don't go to the worst hotel. Hotels are using Oyo app for marketing only. When you go all the way to hotel with booking you are made fool and your time is wasted with unnecessary discussions with hotel staff. Their behaviour is also very rude. Don't waste your time on these kinds of hotels.

I booked this hotel through OYO and I made Payment to OYO. Once I reach hotel though there is Original Passport he is not accepting it like KYC. He wants payment to me made directly to him not through OYO. He is not even ready to Speak with OYO People when I gave phone to him to speak. When Room is booked for 2 People he wants 2 People to be there at the same time. He wasted all my time and he was very rude. OYO was not ready to cancel my Booking. Finally my time was wasted and I went for Someother Hotel. I Don't know whether OYO will Refund because they have not Cancelled my Booking. Both my money and time was lost because of this Booking.

This is the worst hotel ever, the place stinks and there is no proper maintenance and they charge too high not even thinking about the service. The guy in the receptionist has some serious attitude problems and he didn't even help me to find my address. Don't even think of coming to this hotel.

Dont choose this hotel.. its for your own good and also dont pay through oyo if you are booking this hotel while we checkin they will not give the key and they ask for double payment. Dont look the pictures on oyo its utter waste and not the pic of their rooms. Kind request to avoid this there are so many other hostel near to mgr centeal railway station much much better than this. Such a worst experience from the person standing infront and a worse hotel i ever see

Don't ever get fooled by oyo ratings. This is a bad place. The property manager is a psychopath and rude. Surprised oyo or other travel agency has tie up with such a hotel. Oyo losing its reputation for keeping such hotel which is taken care of by uncultured people.

Worst hotel. Rowdy receptionist/ property manager, act like thug and not professionally at any point . Looks the oyo and owner knows about it. Don't go there. Oyo shouldn't continue tie up with them. If they still have a connection after so many bad reviews, oyo is going down the drain

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL. WORST EXPERIENCE. We booked a room through OYO App & payed online. While going to hotel, that arrogant manager told rooms are not available due to power backup issue! I think they are saying the same story to everyone else. I took some pictures of the reception & manager arrogantly told to delete everything by closing the main door. I didn't delete, he was very rude that I thought he'll hit me. Anyways, my money is lost. OYO is not picking up my call. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody at any cost at any circumstances at all.

It was a horrible experience room was not clean, bedsheets, pillow covers, blanket n full of cockroaches, they don't provide basic things and when i asked for change the room they denied, behavior is not good the room floor was also unhygienic. Very bad hotel staff are not helpful, so rude, dont go there they said if we came in day they dont give the room to us because we pay online they are like "rehna hai to raho nahi to nahi" very bad experience because of emergency i stayed otherwise i dont. They have to change there behave and attitude.
