Worst customer service and froud. I booked a room from Oyo app After booking the room I went to SPOT ON Bt Mansion Near Marina Beach And I went there at midnight but receptionist told we don't have room and we informed to Oyo that all rooms are full but Oyo is simply taking booking and scamming you like that they told and we went back from that place in midnight with family and one children.
Experience is not Good, no facility is there for guest. no ac , no wi fi, no cleaning. no towel , no soap , surprised no drinking water was there . All you should to buy from market. electricity was Good. one thing is good the care taker Mr. Azahruddin is nice man, nice nature.

There was no hotel/building at all at the specified location. We were looking for it in the night around 12PM for it. We had to ask the local auto rickshaw person about it and no-one knows about it. I had to go to another area and ask them for the night stay with my family. I did not get any refund for it. It was a pathetic experience.
