I wish I could rate it -20 . The worst place to go. The guy at the reception was extremely rude to me and did not make any attempts to assist in any way. Firstly, these third rate hotels have an issue going on with oyo and are collectively refusing to let rooms to customers at the price shown on the app. Tjis is a huge unconvince to us who travel from far away hoping to have reserved a place to rest. The guy told me they will not accept the price as shown on the app and I have to pay more, when I had already paid for my booking.when I questioned about this inconvenience he refused to accept any responsibility in the most foul manner. The place itself looks shady. These so called residencies that have popped up in Bangalore in the name of giving accomodation care nothing about the customers. They do not understand that they are not hotel and they have set up these services to provide accommodation to people in better rates otherwise you can finf accomodation in good clean and reliable hotels for 400 rs more. Which is what I had to do when I was rudely showed off by this guy. I immediately regretted my decision to book rooms in these cheap place and booked a room in hotel sigma suites in majestic, which charged me just 300 more and gave the best service to me.
