Spot on 9077 Golden Tree - Hotel in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

Most poorest hotel and staff is very rude . If someone coming from out of state plz never choose this pyo hotel. They don't have basic facilities like bucket, jug, water , cleaning, even lock etc. They will charge you extra money for everything. Oyo is the biggest fraud. I book the hotel with Oyo offer and they declined for check in said that we have some minimum balance criteria if you will not follow then we can give the room even Oyo customer care was unable to provide the room.

The rooms could be cleaner, the paint could be renewed, the washrooms could be cleaner, the water supply could be better. Im able to book this at Rs215 per night with 65% discount code from OYO, so I think its value for money, for a short stay while you find your own place to live, ykwim!

I came for conference to Noida. I got a free stay from Oyo. So i booked the hotel Spot On 9077 Golden Tree Sector 61 Noida. Hotel manager Virendra Kumar first asked me money for early check-in and when I paid the amount he did not give the room because room was booked with Oyo offer and he clearly declined for check in. I called to Oyo helpline and asked for help but they were unable to solve my query. Then manager told if you pay offline money i can provide the room. I paid 499 for non AC room. When I went to the room believe me it was poorest room I saw in my life whole walls has moisture and the room was dirtiest room . I had laptop and luggage asked for lock then manager said you can put your luggage with lock. I was shocked to hear Oyo rooms door doesn't have lock. Then I went for washroom there was no seat on English toilet and no bucket no soap no jug, it was very horrible hotel. Then i again went to hotel manager to ask for room change, he declined so I left the room. The whole experience was terrible plz never use Oyo app if you travelling out of station. Use someother app to book the hotel.

Nothing could be dirtier thn this. Room was filled up with bad smell all around. You can't sit on bed for minutes forget about sleeping. Never ever plan a trip booking here ,,it was nightmare

Bed sheet not clean, blanket also not clean & smell, room walls are break and room also smell, on night at 2p.m police cops o are coming to check rooms. I suggest all never go in this property

It was the worst experience of my life. All the rooms were too much dirty , filthy smells of rooms made us more disappointed ..washroom were not cleaned, flush was not working properly...all the bedsheets were dirty. There were also so many mosquitoes at all the corners of the rooms and washroom. Even staff was not so cooperative. I request you ,oyo rooms service management, to take an necessary step regarding all these problems or you must cancel the registration of this hotel from oyo...thank you.

Unsatisfied. Unhygienic and cheap services. I booked the room from oyo. The rook was not cleaned well and bed were with full of hair. Rats started running over there and here nd I had to keep the lights switched on and sleep at night. Very funny thing is that No locks are arranged there for rooms. I could get an old one after one day only. Water and electricity services are not maintained well. A very unsatisfied experience. At last I moved to another room to stay with my friends.

Room floor was broken. Bed was full of hair. Washroom was very dirty. Bathroom fixtures were broken and lots of used condoms. Property is very badly maintained. Property owner denied to comply with OYO policy. Customer care was helpless. I have call recording also. They charged double for little late check out. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK THE HOTEL EVEN TO THE COUPLES ALSO.
