SPOT ON 82365 Red Rose Hotel - Hotel in Dhanbad, Gosaidi - Dhanbad, India

The hotel is probably not functional. One of my collegue booked a room at Red Rose Hotel at my suggestion based on search through Booking.com site. When he went there, there was none at site. He took their mobile no. from neighbour, but the response was ill-behaved. Such behaviour was unexpected while booking through booking.com. My friend was in a big trouble, when he could not get the booking there in spite of online pre-payment, as the hotel was not functional. Please don't go for this hotel.

Please don't stay in this hotel. Had booked through Oyo rooms, where it was listed rooms had wifi and geyser. However, provided rooms had no geyser and in this freezing cold. My father who is a senior citizen had to leave for the train station without taking a bath. No wifi was provided also. Rooms where unclean. Bed sheets/ pillow covers where not changed. They where smelly. Bed sheet had ciggrattes ash holes in them and was soiled. Bathroom is very small and smelly. Rooms had insects and spider nets. Not a very pleasant experience one which my father had to endure.

Hotel manager is uneducated and way of talking is not good. Hotel manager misbehaving and i will pay the booking money to manager and he will not allowed to stay after receiving booking amount. I want my money back which I pay to manager. Very bad experience in this Hotel. Bye bye from this only and I want to not come this Hotel any one or any more in this. Chiiiiiiiii

The quality of food is not very good. The bread in particular was really bad on 21/12/21. Not all rooms have geysers

Good to go with a group of male friends. Hall area is spacious. Hotel staff is also cooperative.

Never booked too worst service provided by their staffs and also i have booked 1 room and payment done but when i was going for checking their staffs says no room availability

Best place at the much amount of cost...i visited there best food service with best rooms thank you red rose hotel
