Worst experience ever.. So so rooms, so clingy to take tips. No attiquetes.. no soap. Nothing. Worst.. food is spoilt..

Hotel suprim palace is my worst experience ever. My phone theft from hotel. Bed sheet are so old and bathroom is not cleaned and hot water we get only 13 liter in one day in between of 7 to 9 o'clock room is very small. Tv is like box. They not change bed sheet covers nd all the thing daily. They ask for tip again nd again. In the room we not get network and their are also not wifi. Wordrobe is small very small. And t.v furniture all the things are to much old and hotel construction also old. All over very bed experience at hotel suprim palace.

Good Experience is hotel stay where is room is good with tiles, spacious to walk inside the room. Ac is working fine and room is neatly painted. Room Service is done by youngsters and response is fast. Good Western bathroom with shower facility. Family friendly and parking is available too. Lift is bad and hangs some times.

Not much to say about. Apart from the location which is close to RTC bus station and Railway station the hotel is mediocre. The bed sheets are old. The bathroom has no bolts to lock from inside. The TV has limited channels only. We have to ask for a bucket of hot water. But for the price they charge should not expect more from them.

The hotel is located in a good part of the city. I booked it only to fresh up as I had work outside and was leaving the city in the evening. I stayed for 4 hours there and it was ok kind of Hotel. Value for Money. I asked the receptionist if I can place my bag there and collect in evening after checkout. He said ok but when I arrived in evening, I could clearly see that my bag was opened. Later I found that I have lost a key of my Office Locker which would cost me 350 bucks now. So I suggest you stay there only if you want to fresh up a bit. Not for Families. And be careful with your belongings.

I booked a single room in this one and this is the most worst hotel I have been to upto now and dont get cheated by photos 1)It was summer the fan was not working properly it was in number(1) speed. i informed this issue to manager and they did not rectify it and their response was like "Here the things are the way it is if you dont want to say you can leave". i made online payment so no choice for me. 2)No cleanliness full room is smell of cigarettes etc. 3)Provided used bedsheets ,dirt is clearly visible on it. 4)Broken toilet basin without Flush,rooms are old. 5)Huge hole at the top corner of room without mesh,mosquitoes are bonus. Verdict:I never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel there are many better hotels nearby

Rooms are not clean and after telling them to change the bedsheet a guy to whom I told was reluctant to do so and reversed the bedsheet. Water you have to ask for they won't provide directly. However among all these negative things there was a good staff whose name is Varun. He was well mannered and helpful.

Firstly I called Hotel supreme before booking a room and they said rooms are available. After I reached there they told no rooms are available and asked us to goto their partner hotel Hotel shanti near apsara hotel AT OUR OWN COST. Shanti hotel is located in center but the maintenance is less than OK 2/5. The whole hotel smells alcohol and cigarette smell. The bedsheet NEVER seemed to have been WASHED EVEN ONCE. The bathroom was OK with no drain pipe for washbasin. Overall I recommend this hotel for people who just need hotel for fresh up and most of the time outside. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Famiies.
