We just visited Haridwar and our tour sponsors booked this place, we stayed in hall, which was okay, but when we looked at washroom, then it was so dirty and filled with mosquitoes. There was no cleaning properly we used to sweeping. Now whenever I will make plan to Haridwar, I never go there. Best of luck for others.
This room will be perfect for those who don't care much more about room services. They have to be self dependent. By the way I am also self dependent but I don't like it much more. But price is good. Good for organise parties but you should have to create a very active management team.
