Worsted experience ever seen. I booked Hotel Malva inn . I completed my payment process . When i reach to hotel reception They tell me we not accept Oyo booking from the last few month . Then they not allotted me room . Then I complaint about it but they not give any response . They tell me to complaint in Oyo then I try connecting with Oyo but I not get anything contact . Lastly my money get wasted . Please return my payment back . Don't cheat anybody. Otherwise People not trust on Oyo. Please return my payment. Shame on you Oyo. Please provide better service . Some hotel not accept your booking. So what we do ?? Solve this matter as soon as possible.
This is Not a Hotel Room This is Basically a Honeymoon Rooms For Non Married Couples and They Listed On Oyo After Booking When you reached there they didn't allocate you room instead they will ask you to talk to customer care that thier name is removed from oyo and your money will be wasted if you already paid on oyo. Worst experience ever and 14-15 km far from Ahmedabad main city.
