There are categories to choose rooms from: lower, middle, and higher budget rooms. When you go for AC with a higher budget, you may have a bit of a clean room. Where a good service once up on a time. Now, only one Hindi-speaking staff is roaming for room service. So the neatness is a question mark!

I haven't seen this much of worst experience.... I'm not seen this type of rooms..Really a worst hotel in the chennai... Not even proper response....once you enter the room 5 min only proper power supply after that power off... Room are full of dirty.. No AC.. Worst hotel...
For oyo don't prefer here as these people are allocating bad rooms for OYO bookings. No TV, No hot water, No proper ventilation, No proper cot and bed. They will reuse other rooms bedsheets, even in this covid time also. I had stayed here for one night. Very close and almost walkable distance to CMBT.
