SPOT ON 69112 Hotel Apsara - Hotel in Dhanbad - Dhanbad, India

This is a good place for you for one or two nights if you're planning to stay with your family. It's near Dhanbad railway station. All the necessary amenities you can access from the nearby market. Only downside is they don't provide room service but their behaviour is very polite.

There is no tourist spot but the hotel is near Dhanbad railway station. The tourist spot near the hotel is 13 km.

One of the cheapest 3- star hotel in Dhanbad. I think best 3 star hotel i have seen.Rooms qualities are like a 4 or 5 star hotel rooms.Clean, well architected, good service, well mannered staff etc etc. Moreover charges are very nominal.In short a must visit hotel in Dhanbad..It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was ,,King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, also provided a continental breakfast for the early departure. The staff was police, offered a great dinner suggestion.

Stayed during 16th April 2022 to 17th April 2022 (one day) Worst Experience, very dirty hotel , the behavior of the staffs very bad and uncooperative, poor maintenance ,whole night of the fan was not working, I spent sleepless night. In spite of my repeated request they didn't rectify the fan problem, room hygiene problem etc.The picture of the unhygienic dirty rooms with damaged fan is attached herewith.

They dont supply bathroom utilities like soaps, towel, handwash etc. Proper ventilation is not available in the room. TVs are of old type 14 inch TV. A normal room charges are 850/- for a night which is quite high in comparison to the service provided. We have to go to take water from ground floor kitchen. It's not a value for money hotel..

I gave it 2 stara bcoz according to money i don't think its worth it. The staff is good. The food they gave us was totally tasteless. I will tell u some drawbacks of this hotel. 1. They dont have ventilation in the room. 2. There is lots of bed bugs (khatmal) . 3. Always water is running from the tap. 4. The toilet door lock was broken. 5. No hot water system. We wer 2 girls. Md they wer asking questions like we are theif, even we have given our proper documents. The good thing id just is its on the main roaf and station is 650 m away .

Very hygeine...bathroom smelling very bad condition.. no button on T.v,, remote is not in room..bathroom ventilater open room side if u switch on fan...... Chii yck... Table is very dirty and breaked...plz don't go

Location is good. It is about 1 km from raliway station. Malls, shopping complexes, excellent restaurants of the city are also near to it. It is near the newly built Dhanbad. Rooms are not at all good. They are very conjusted. But somewhat par with the price asked to pay for it. Service is good. They resolve the problems as soon as possible.
