Had an extremely unpleasant experience. I booked a room through Oyorooms and made the full online payment but I was not offered a room. Do not visit here. Hotel staff behaviour is also bad. They took around 30 minutes just to tell me that room is not available. Pictures in the website are fake. They told me to take a bed under stairs which had no ventilation, no window, no natural light and not even any space. Luckily after few hours of discussion with 3-4 customer care executives from the Oyorooms I got my money back. Initially they actually denied my refund and I had to take it up to the social media.
Big fraudsters. Booked a room for Rs. 999 and also made a pre payment, but the hotel reception offered a store room without anything for that. Additionally, the hotel reception staff threatened me to cancel as he seized my original documents. Please avoid this at any cost as it isn't safe at all. Plus the rooms aren't awesome. Even if you book, don't make any pre payment as they're all fraud and will never return your money or offer any room. Dear Google, please have an option to give zero stars.
I book the room via OYO look the room condition. Hotel staff behaviour is good but Rooms are not clean. OYO's picture is totally fake. Room condition is bad as you can see I post few picture. But really staff behavior is so good.
Totally 3rd class guest house. The management was fully 420 they even don't know how to behave with the customer. Purely unprofessional guest house ever i seen in my life.
