SPOT ON 67211 Hotel Gokul - Hotel in Daman - Daman, India

The 1 star which is given is only for location. rest u will find noting good in this hotel. The staff is rude, the rooms are dirty and the worst is the toilets. Rest u can c in the pics. Being booked under the brand name OYO u will find noting in it. No toilers no proper bed. and if u have booked a non AC room u are worthless for them. No hot water available even if we are willing to give change.

3rd class hotel, fraud after taking online money not giving rooms to customer, i have request many time after showing my online booking from oyo, and oyo head person also talk with hotel managment and request that it is very wrong , that you are register and tyup with online hotel booking companys then also you have not given me room, i am on only 1 day tour to daman and your hotel has not given room still 5'oclock evening. wast my hole day, then i have spend money again and take room to another hotel. so i never come & never suggest any one to book your hotel.

Worst Experience ever. BOOKED VIA OYO, Firstly we were told that since we are 1st time customers, we will get 700 Rs for AC Room & when we checked in the Hotel we got Non-AC Room. When contacted Oyo, it says that Hotel does not have AC Room but then Hotel asking to pay extra for AC Room. While booking oyo said hotel does not have In House Canteen, but Hotel was providing In-house canteen also.

Booked from OYO......950rs for Non ac even when we booked for ac Room..... worst thing we booked for 2 person and they refused us to give 2 towels damn how can 2 person use 1 towel after paying such good amount. Reason for not giving towel because whole hotel was full of guests and they did not have enough towel. NO SHOWER only nal ka pani

it was so bad. there was puke in the trash can. the room smelled like it was a homeless junkie's "crib". don't fall for the good exterior and cheap prices. you're getting less than what you paid for. book official OYO rooms for more than 1000 rupees so you can at least have a mediator to talk to if something is wrong about the place.

Location is awesome. Service is pretty ok. Food is not that great. There is a khau Galli just next to the hotel. Try shawarma or thithi rolls at the Nani jetty food court location.

Absolutely useless hotel, room is not clean, fan was not running properly, washroom was not flush, room was not even color properly and the matter of hygiene was a mistake to go, Owner is very arrogant if you book hotel online then will not answer you properly. If you want to visit Daman, don't stay here because the hotel will spoil your trip like we did.

Location very good.. ac rooms are good for 3 people.. non AC not good at all.. no dial phn to order or call reception.. need a lot improvement.. don't use their restaurant.. too much pricey n not good at all..
