First time I booked room through OYO which was pretty okay okay only. Because of their T&C and check in time policy we had to pay extra from our pockets which was not a good feeling at all. Next time will think multiple times to avail their services. Instead next time we will go directly to that place and book rooms or will contact the hotel directly through their website and book it.
One of the Worst in Kumbakonam .. Don't Book Here.. Even if u book in OYO, they tell u to cancel and book in Reception.
Addition to that, in OYO they mentioned as AC rooms.. But they provide one of the worst NON AC room..

Please don't go to this lodge worst experience in my life the rooms are not clean there is no water supply in toilet there is no tv and tables the staffs are very rude the lodge owner near the room building he have an shop Habib paper market he wearing the eye glass and ask extra money using very rude bad words and cheating my money even though I book directly but the time is 12 hours only but the owner don't tell that before booking if you ask the reason they fight with you and they blackmail you can't cross the Kumbakonam like that

Last Sunday 07/08/2022 we booked the AC room , after get a confirmation message we went to the hotel rashila mansion , Kumbakonam , recipient & Property owner not providing Ac room, they are giving only a normal room , on that we contact the Oyo customer care , they are also not answering properly Finally we stayed in the normal room , the whole night we are not able to sleep , full mosquito bites worst night in my life , I'm not expected this from Oyo
Not a great place. There is absolutely no maintenance. Only for solo business travellers. You get 24Hrs checkout if you book in person and 12Pm checkout if you book online. Expensive for the amenities provided (Ac & Geyser).
I booked room in Oyo application..but the room owner not giving the money at the Oyo cost.. so i called Oyo helpdesk they also not helping the customer.. cheating people's.. don't book this room on Oyo application...
