SPOT ON 64854 Grand Park - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Worst hotel ever, room and the bed mattress are very dirty. There is a open window in the washroom with no glass panes and washroom door has no bolt at all. A auto driver took us here suggesting it as the good hotel in the area and the hotel receptionist make you to pay the full amount before showing you the room.

Arrived early morning 6AM to check in. Since there were no available rooms in other nearby hotels I was forced to take room here. Rate was soo expensive even for a non AC room they charged Ind Rs/-1200+ Rs100 they said for the taxes so total charged 1300rs. When I reached the room I was so disappointed with the cleanness. Room walls are very dirty with stains. Bathroom have bad door & door not able to lock. Drinking mineral water bottle given was opened(not sure they filled up with tap water) Staffs are very rude and they will force you to buy meals. Hard to communicate if you don't know the local language. Then I had to check out the same day evening to go airport, then they demanded for extra 200Rs as cleaning charges on TOP of the 1300 that I paid earlier. I had to argue with them since it was not stated in anywhere & asking for more money on top of the bad experiences earlier. ( I didn't paid). I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I with my wife arrived majestic around 11:30 pm (bus got delayed by an hour). An auto driver took us to this hotel. By seeing the reception counter and comparing it with the price (single room 1200 and double delux 1500) I hesitated to stay there but had no choice in the midnight . Room was very nasty, bathroom was also not in a condition... bedsheets and pillow covers were not hygienic in this covid situation. I asked to provide a clean bedsheet and pillow covers but he didn't. I don't recommend this place to stay here. Please please please don't stay here.

Pls change your staff and management , your property has a potential to do good business as it is in a great location. I guess paying 2 lac rent a month will be easier if take actions or else you might end up closing the hotel . Best of luck (for the owner)

Bathroom ventilation not good. No hot water, not clean, bed is not clean, bedsheets was dirty and tried. Don't touch the Switch u will get shock. And they took 1800 rs for this worrest room... Plzz provide 0 rating becoz this hotel that much worrest...

Very worst management. Not one person is responsible for the hotel.The one who admits us into the hotel will not stay while we leaving the hotel. Hence, they charged more than the first committed. Sincerely, I don't recommend to lodge here. So, Do not go to this hotle. Thank you.

Worst experience.. poor service.. not at all clean.. even when ask deposit back they say that is for tax.. don't believe in photos. Even though they had took 1300 rps for non-ac single room the room is so dirty... It's my experience and there are some auto drivers who say so much about it please don't get into trouble..

Worst. Very bad service.. If u wanna spoil trip n vacation , U CAN VERY WELL COME TO THIS waste HOTEL.... I recommend strongly family don't come to this hotel.. one key highlight is forever lift problem..
