SPOT ON 64783 Hotel Matashree - Hotel in Goa - South Goa, India

I have great experience of your service. Yesterday day my bike was stopped due to overheat issue. So I walked and entered the hotel. I don't know who is the person but he is very polite person and helpful. He called to mechanic but due to festival garage was closed.I have no word to express my emotions. Thank you so much for your initially support. I never forget this.

Nice and well maintained rooms and restaurant is very good

I was denied check in. The hotel owner said, his hotel doesn't have any tie up with Oyo. I had already made full payment online, so I cancelled the booking and was shocked to know that Oyo has just refunded half the amount for no fault of mine. Worst experience with Oyo ever.

Stopped in last weekend for a meal. The food was just okay despite the cream they had added in an attempt to make the good more flavorful. Had to ask for salt to be able to taste the food. Even the nimboo pani was disappointing. Service was fine, servers were somewhat attentive.

Worst stay i have ever seen. We came with minimal expectations but that is also not met here. The Matasree restaurant is owned by others and food is awesome. But the Oyo or the stay is owned by some other person and it is at its worst. Very small rooms full of dust, smelly bedsheets, dusty old wardrobe, no table, single chair, unwashed towels. The staffs are so so rude. Not at all recommended.

Located in the outskirts of the city...Not upto the mark...food is not good ..the room services are not proper...No good soap or shampoo provided, only one towel in the room for two persons. No privacy is there as exactly outside the room many outsiders sit and drink and till late night noise comes....A BIG " NO" for ladies.

The staff were polite but not honest. I asked for a mix veg without garlic and onion, but they brought me a dish with onion. In the morning was problem with stomach.

Its great to be there in mathasree for 3 days. Nice and neat rooms and calm condition, also in the highway. Dhivan, the caretaker of mathasree was so helpfull and energetic. They also have a nice restaurant on ground floor. We were like a family on those days. Kishore kumar, the guy in restaurant was also a nice guy
