Their shady rooms are the worst I have seen. Bedding is mediocre. Heavily priced. Avoid at all cost. Don't expect services like a regular hotel. No access to proper food anywhere near by. The manager is outright rude. He might charge you more without any intimation prior notice. Do not expect professionalism from this place.
I booked this hotel through OYO. They had two options available, "NON-AC SPOT ON" and "SPOT ON". Naturally I assumed the later had AC amenity. We even payed extra for it. During check in they said that they don't provide any ac room services to OYO and that we had to pay 500Rs for each room that we booked in order to avail the AC facilities. it was the hottest time of the year in Chennai so we were forced to book. The AC was good. They didn't even have a soap bar but luckily we had our own. They were very strict about their "NO VISITOR POLICY".
The hotel was good and was in a good location just opposite to the Arumbakam Metro station, but the service was average and the bathroom was not that great with leakage in the taps. The hotel had an unwanted and unexpected demand to give them the keys everytime you go out, but we shorted it out by oyo helpline. We took 4 rooms and the very room where I had stayed, there the switch board wasn't working, it was very irritating as I had to charge my phone via TV plug. The bed was great and comfortable with good place for clothes and also a good basin and dressing table.They had mirror too and a good TV.
Nonsense hotel. Not worth basic requirements is not proper. No mats, No bed sheets, full of mosquitoes. Small rooms. Not exactly the thing shown in oyo. No wifi & very suffocating. Cleanliness has to be improved.
Romm is good but non AC room not going properly air that's it remained good behaviour at reception I strongly suggest the Book at low price 1... Tv available for all languages 2.... Hot water available 3... Shower available 4.. infront of Ram palace car parking [P] available under CCTV cavarage .. Thanks to ram palace mangement .......
Not Bad. Rooms are not that much level whether it's AC or NON AC. The prices are a little bit high. If you bargain they may give a little discount. Overall my rating is average.
Booked a room through Oyo ,when i went to the hotel,he refused to give me the room saying rooms are already full.Why accept the booking if it's already full?.Because of this I had to search new room at 10:00 clock.
Bed facilities are not good inside the no locher or any rack facilities are not available bathroom shower are not working well
