Worst service ever seen ... Didn't get rooms even after paying advance ...money waste time waste useless
Wonder why oyo hotel networks has recommended this lodge as a part of their services. 1.Staffs are rude and would surely cheat the customers ,since it's located at majestic, and they have the advantage of the locations demand. 2.No ambience. 3.Broken appliances. 4.Once you enter the room you have to clean the room all by yourself, just to ensure that you will stay comfortable for the next remaining hours that you have to spend inside the room. ........ worst services ever that I had to witness.
Terrible service. I booked this lodge online and paid in full but was denied check in because of the online payment. I was asked to cancel the online booking and pay him in cash. Receptionist was not at all helpful. I had to book another lodge because of this. I would not recommend this Lodge...they don't change blanket and pillow covers also...cheap Lodge...D grade Lodge...

Shouldn't be recommended to people , who believing in OYO , staff is rude and only give service in case they getting something out of it l booked deluxe room and which earlier they gave me not even ordinary room after fighting for deluxe room shifted to their my english may not be good, but i very much know difference between do not give extra money because unless you don't ask they don't give balance, according to my opinion OYO never recommend hotels like these may be cheaper rate, we thought i am getting good room in really discounted rate thanks to oyo staff
