Room is very neat and clean. It is very spacious with cooler and TV in working condition. Hotel is very near to main Prayagraj railway station. Hotel manager is very helpful.
hotel is nice decent and location is very easily to reaching in staff are very polite and ready to help at any time, price is also very affordable to stay anyone can stay here single or as well with family
This hotel is just at 100 m walking distance from Prayagraj Rly. Stn. which is a great advantage. Staff behaviour is good and cooperative. Don't expect a very high class service but it has all good basic facilities. For middle class people it a good deal for the money spent.
Nearby Railway station. Clean rooms. Okay option if looking for a budget hotel. Can spent 1 or 2 days.

Such a disastrous hotel in station area. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. They not even provide basic amenities like hand soap, drinking water etc. Have to ask for it again and again. Bedsheet was dirty. And for these disaster, they charged me RS. 900 per night. No AC for RS. 900 and even cooler provided not working. I would suggest better take dormitory in railway station than going to this hotel to waste your time and money.

This hotel . very bad hotel room poor staff even water glass was not washed.
It was kept as it is filled with water by some earlier person who stays here.
Bed linen was not cleaned and of poor quality.
Staff was not cooperative.
Room was on 3rd floor and not elevator available.
Washroom soap which was provided was half cut from middle and could be used by someone else.
TV was also not working.
Well the hotel is nice..room is small but all facilities are there..hot water etc..location is good .. wont recommend to couples..but perfect for solo or male groups..
One suggestion to hotel is that make wifi available even if u have to charge for it.

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
