It's a nice place and the owner being a genuine person. Rooms are a bit small but if you want room outside IIT but near to it then it's the best i can say and it's walking distance of 10 mins and just outside velachery gate of iit Madras beside pheoNix market city. Also midway from Guindy railway station and pheoNix market city
Totally waste of money. Stuff behaviour was rude. Room was not clean enough and very very small. Worst of all was the bed. Bedsheet and pillow covers were full of hairs and dirty.
The area around it isn't nice. No refrigerator, no toiletries, not even a towel was given. They don't even have a lift, u'll have to carry ur luggage through stairs.
Rooms are not good.. they'll say 24/7 check in but if u arrive at midnight.. it'll become difficult as the gates Will be locked...u have to call the Oyo customer service to open gates which is a Long process
