I stayed here since 15.06.23. I booked ac room and paid ac room charges but hotels room conditions was very poor all wall are dumped and too much dirty place and main part ac was destroyed by hotels. And I'm saying staff about ac he don't entertain this metter and not refunding amount I'm sharing room conditions by pic.
And staff behavior was very bad no any service provide by hotels .
I was visited here to attend marriage reception party. At the ground floor a small stage, seating area for guest, catering service, and some place is reserved for DJ and dance program. 1st and upper floor are reserved for hotel services. There is small parking area but opposite side of the road you can park. Easy connectivity from every direction of ranchi. A nice scenery pond opposite to the hotel.

Water seepage in the room through roof and walls. The room had a very strong damp smell.
They had sprayed a whole Bottle of "HIT" for killing cockroaches. The smell was so strong, we couldn't sleep all night.
Rest room is very small one person can not adjust in Restroom. Mosquito and Bed bugs in the room. Rooms are not clean. Think before booking.
Rooms are full of damp. Construction going on 2nd floor. Water dripping from ceiling. Unnaturally cold atmosphere inside room.
Good hotel in this locality. Rooms are fairly priced. Staff support is also manageable.
I m staying here since today morning.I booked a non AC room.Room is very untidy,bathroom is very small and unhygienic.Please don't stay here at ur wildest dreams.
