This is a hotel located at Ratu road Ranchi. The service is very bad. Rooms are not clean, bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty and wash besin pipes are chocked. No mirror in bathroom. I stayed there on 14th November for a night. A very dirty blanket is provided. I told to change but again dirty bedding is provided. The location is also not good. There is garbage dump in just opposite plot to the enterance. The hotel has no restaurant and no fooding facility is available nearby, although one can get tea and refreshment in the vicinity but dinner is an issue if you can't go far.
This place is not recommended at all.
Very bad experience, there was no manager to talk to. The rooms were smelly and they weren't ready to change bed sheet or provide blanket cover. The place was shady.
If you are in Ratu area, definitely go n visit LSR,(leela sweets and restaurant, laxman hotel).... Pure, healthy, tasty products are available there.... I am daily users of the product like samosa, dhuska, wda, sweets... tooo yummy
Worst place, the owner is also not good as he responded very bad. He thinks that he is the only one having a hotel.
I will give 0/5, but, worst hotel I have been. No water in bathroom. Electricity you can't imagine.
Food is delicious..the setting is pretty out there..a nice place to be wid family
