Very bad maintenance. No room service bathroom door was broken situated near the market place. And the worst manager in the world named Suyumbu Raja. Telling our guest to get out from the room by pulling the shirt. No bedsheets nothing. Worst staff service ever. Murugan manager is good and friendly.
This hotel is okay for one night. It's located near the vegetable market so it will be little noisy as well as the smell. Rooms doesn't have a proper ventilation. If don't have a other options use this hotel. But the room service persons are calm and decent.
Very bad experience. Staffs were unprofessional. No bedsheets were provided. Rooms were not clean and lots of mosquitoes. Regulator of the fan was broken in all rooms. Car parking is not available and we had park in roadside far away. Not an ideal place for family.
Dirty and smelly rooms no cleaning not drinking water 3 days stay i have asked them to clean room 8-9 times they didn't do ones. Worst Hotel worst service.
In the matter of price i think this hotel will be the cheapest around thootukudi bus stand but it lacks proper maintenance.Even after reporting these faults they are not ready to take any action on it. If you are looking for a hotel just to get refreshned up it's ok..not advisable for more than a day stay
Can be nominated for the world's worst hotel ever category., right from location to check-in check out room's everything is pathetic., we were a group went and we booked 8 AC Rooms, with one day rent of our group or of any other persons., then buy new bed sheets for all the rooms over there, literally they had unwashed flithy bed sheets somewhere even toned, And iam telling u the walls and floor were of ages., and must be cleaned months ago , Don't ever think of booking this hotel, even if it is offered for free
The rooms are spacious but not CLEAN!! If they maintain the rooms neat then it will be fine. The WORST hotel experience ever!!
Not good hotel to stay, no lift facility and very unhygenic room and very poor maintenance. Not recommended for couples and also for business class people.
