SPOT ON 49146 Arambagh Hotel & Resort - Hotel in Arambag - Hooghly, India

Ambience is fantastic.... Fun facility for kids is very nice... But food quality was very very poor.... I with my family went there yesterday. We spend very nice time there, but when we ordered our dinner in the restaurant most of the food was not at par. 1. Chicken 65 not cooked PROPERLY. Inside of chicken balls was raw as we tasted. 2. Fish fingers were hot but smelled very bad, like fish was not current it was preserved for long time. 3. In Chicken biriyani, the piece of chicken was too heard to chew and coloured black inside it. 4. Different restaurant stuff come time to time and asked every time do you have anymore order..! Don't understand what was the purpose.... Thank you....

I have visit by yesterday evening (5:30pm) . MAIN GATE:-I have go for main gate and cut the ticket (50Rs). AMBIANCE:-Ambiance was not a bad. INSIDE:-I have go for inside fealing was good one time I have go for washroom but the washroom condition is vey horribal.Washroom smail is very bad this not clean. I have tollerate this then after go for hand wash soap machine this is the not working. Then after I have go for ARAMBAGH RESTAURANT:-- There weren't many people in the restaurant but they were busy talking to themselves and laughing at us,The food was good and ambiance also. And the finally i have check out time her security told me he want the money why I don't no. Finally my overall experience is very very bad.

Food quality is good. Banquet facility is not bad. can acomodate a small gathering nicely.

Stay only if required. Poor quality bed and breakfast. Poor service, no wi-fi, only a small tv with free channels only! Spacious walled car parking. Adacant to main road, good location .

Overall a nice experience ...The food was very good...Staffs were very friendly and caring ...Also the view and the property area was awesome ......One can must try this one.....I recommend this

Service quality is very poor. I have never seen such bad hotel in my entire journey life. Over rated room. And their employee is very much lier.

All good but the road was horrible if you have dust alergy please avoid to go arambag road.

Food is very good. Just needs some extra bit of time.. Staffs are low at the moment
