SPOT ON 48324 Alaka Guest House - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

The only best thing about this guest house is, it is located near to Jagannath Temple. Room was smelly, water leakage in Washington, Bedsheet was dirty.

1. I am so glad I found this place. The pizza is always so delicious and satisfying. 2. The flavors on the pizza here are so well balanced. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. 3. Location is good. We had a function to attend in a nearby area. So had booked this hotel without any expectations as we just needed a room to just get ready. But surprisingly the rooms were above average. There were some gray areas (spider webs not cleaned properly ) but still it was okay. Bathroom and the bed area was cleaned. Overall I was quite satisfied. Only one suggestion to this hotel / guest house :- Do clean the spider webs and change the cupboards(too outdated).

Not so good and rooms are not much clean

It was my worst experience to stay. Broken furniture, broken doors, no hot water, no cleaning, no bedsheets, no room service. Totally unhygienic. Better the one can stay in his/her car, overnight.

Budget hotel near Jagannath temple. sea beach is 15mint walking distance, temple is 5-7 mint. Landmark-Gachhakali temple. Non ac room generally cost 600/- got it 500/- under Make my trip. Rooms are ok according to price. Cons- Not that clean. * Infrastructure is there but maintenance is very low. *. some rooms have ventilation problem. *. most of the rooms don't get sunlight due to next building. * room service is next to nothing. * no fooding options . *Non Ac rooms have mosquitos at night * Hotel to mandir road is very dirty. * hotel to sea beach road is okish. Pros- budget hotel. * temple is near. * availability of auto, and rikshaw. * it is mainly a residential area so Neighbourhood is calm. * staff are decent ( though they show up very little. * staff don't annoy you by asking irrelevant questions. * Posh hotel area is 7-10 mint by walking, where most of the restaurants are located. * terrace view is good, you can see Jagannath temple from roof top.

The Hotel was in a walkable distance from the Jagannath Temple & the Sea Beach . The Hotel boys are very responsive & polite . If you are coming by train , then you may prefer to stay . There is no Parking Area for Four Wheeler Vehicles . The Hotel is inside a Colony , still i would like to give 4 Star because of the Minimal distance to Sea Beach & Jagannath Temple . It would be excellent , if the hotel owners will respond the calls from customers timely . I feel just a little delay in receiving My Phone Calls . Remember there is no house keeping facilities & water supply facilities .

Good place. Manager is very polite & familiar. It's near the Jagannath temple, but far away from sea beach. Rooms are good. If you wish to stay near the temple, simply book this hotel room. And manager is very active to provide the best service to you.
