Nice property. Staff behaviour is good . Service is good.

The hotel was completely in disarray. The amenities were poor. Staff behaviour was also poor. They don't follow the guidelines of the oyo and argue with you and charge you as per they want for extra hours of stay. Cleaness, hygiene , food, bed, rooms all were too poor. They even don't listen to your matter. The pics provided in website seems to quite different. Might be just after the first wash of bedsheet. Completely disappointed.

Advantages: 1.Located in center of city hence one can reach most of the tourist places in city on very low cost. Disadvantages: 1. Very busy and dirty locality, 2. Dirty rooms, 3. No room service, 4. Separate washrooms not available, 5. Very dirty washrooms, 6. Charges are very high compared to the services they provide. If we go by services they provide, maximum charge that they are supposed to get is Rs 200/-. 7. Most of the times charging points are not working. 8. Online food delivery services like Zomato do not deliver in this location. 9. They have mentioned free WiFi but do not believe the same. 10. There is no network in this lodge. 11. Rooms are very dirty with dirty bedsheets and blankets. 12. Worst locality with lots of crowd and dirty surroundings. 13. Stairs are very dirty. Unused foods materials could be seen on stairs. 14. Building is ancient, stairs are very high. Doing up and down is a hectic task in this building. Note: This is kind of Dharamsala. No services,high cost, bad locality,dirty surroundings.

Worst experience. They provided me room with shutter. Everytime you go in and out, you'll have to move shutter. I can't believe it. I had to check-in because I went there for my examination and no property was available then. But don't visit if you have an option. This is the worst hotel I've ever visited

Its bang in the city, room was neat and clean, staff is helping cooperative. Being physically handicapped, I missed the provisions of a lift, but they changed my room from 2nd Floor to Ist floor. But its in crowded city with no parking space or wide street accessible. Still its value for money, if you are not much demanding.

Very bad service. Room condition is not as per the rent. Receptionist is very arrogant. You have to call more than one times for a single issue. Washroom hand shower not working,comod are not cleaned properly. There behaviour is unacceptable. Wost hotel I ever visited.

I have booked oyo previously. Needless to say this has been the worst oyo experience. Not only the the staff was unhelpful. Water was also charged. Current was coming into the bathroom and I got electric shock twice. A major health hazard. Look into it otherwise this place will be in newspaper. This hotel is more like a dormitory than a hotel. I had booked a room which had attached bathroom(1000rs per night). However the washroom was dirty and the bed and blankets provided were soiled and smelled. There was no proper ventilation and I could clearly hear a person snoring in front on my room during the night. Not recommended for the price. Go with Goibibo or other website. Also the room was very small for two people. I was single so managed but don't ruin your experience.

Smallest room charges 1104 for night. Not even a hook to hang clothes. Torn mattresses. Dirty bathroom completely unhygienic. There is not even a bulb in the bathroom. So be ready use it without light. Room have 3 sockets but none of them are working. So come here only with a power bank.. no tv. Asked the manager to tell him about the power socket he said very sweetly " online book kiya hai na, toh complain kar do". It is expected from from some of these hotels, but it is OYO Spot On. It appears Spot on nuisance oyo has created, thugs, and cheaters.
