Clean hygiene room at a very cheap rate. Basically it's a family hotel so 24 hrs food is not available. Menu card is not there in the room. They will come to you to take orders, simple bengal thalis is good like home made. No intercom or bell facility, you have to call on their number to tell anything. I am happy with everything, you people can stay there.
we have booked two AC rooms for our single-day stay along with friends. But upon reaching the spot, we were informed that the rooms were unavailable. Instead, we were offered two sub-par rooms(one AC, one non-AC) for the same price as two AC rooms. Plus, they claimed that they are charging an additional 12% GST, but still now, we haven't received the original bill with GST. Even after reaching out to them multiple times, there is no response from them regarding this matter. Also, the behavior of the staff is very non-cooperative. The fan in our room was not functioning at all. Even, complaining the same, they didn't take any steps to mitigate that issue. Due to our time crunch, we couldn't pursue these issues further on spot. Overall, our holistic experience is very bitter. Those who are thinking of staying here, please reconsider once again as at this price point, you can get a much better deal in other places in Krishnanagar.
They are not clear to their words. We booked a room but later when we reached there they said they dont have our prediscussed room. they arranged another two rooms and priced it including GST. We checked out early next day and We paid the full amount including GST. They said since manager was not present at that time they will send the bill later. Two weeks passed as of now, We followed up many times but they are reluctant to send the original GST bill. They are taking GST and not giving GST bill. A big THIEF!!!!!!!!. Please be aware before booking this hotel
Worst service .We paid the full amount with GST but they refused to provide bill with GST .This hotel is completely full of fraud . Also price is very high and quality is very poor .
