The room we had given had a messy bathroom and toilet. It was not properly cleaned. The room had no single window. We asked the manager for an AC room but unfortunately, it wasn't vacant, hence Manager offered us another room with a window and it was good to stay there. The food they had ordered for us was really superlative. Eventually, not a bad experience. Most importantly, it's really affordable. It also has very well connectivity and commuting options. It might our regular place to stay on future visits.
I want to give this place Zero star. It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Small room, no good facilities and staff is worse that they don't know how to talk with the customers. When I was checked in at 12.00 pm and I told manager that I will be staying at 4.00 pm, and I paid for 24 hours. After that my train was cancelled so I had to stay long, but manager called me after 4.00 pm and said that you have to check out becoz you said that you will be staying at 4.00 pm and I said I paid for 24 hours I can stay here and here replied "yeh toh galat baat hai (this is wrong)". After that I got my reservation and I left the hotel at 6.30 pm. That manager was worst. Even if you want to go there after reading this, you please confirm that we will be staying for 24 hours and paying for 24 hours.
Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Location was awesome. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
