Rooms are good but electrical boards was damaged there is no power plug to charging mobiles and the exhaust fans noise was disturbing us. And no hot water provided to me. When I request the hotel management boy to provide hot water for my kids he will refused to that. So please don't think to low budget rooms in agra. Before you book hotels in agra see all the reviews of best hotel and then stay there.
Location was good near taj mahal about 1.5kms and 2kms from red fort. But rooms are not proper well shower unfortunately fall on me when i bath. But you got amenities like. WIFI FOOD FREE BREAKFAST
Very worst, UNCLENED BEDSHEETS, UNCLEANED AND DIRTY PILLOW AND BLANKET, UNCLENED BATHROOM, NO TV, NO PROPER FAN, NO HOT vaattr AVOID IT
Hygiene was really bad. Pillow, bedsheets and blankets had stains on it. T.V and shower was not working at all. Staff behaviour was very rude Lot of mosquitos AC controller not provided inside the room. No lift, you have to take stairs everytime you need something.

1 - Room was not too clear. 2 - Room was full of mosquitoes. 3 - AC was on 16deg and we were not provided with AC remote. 4 - The electric switch was hanging any one could get a electric shock. 5 - For every small thing need to go to reception. 6 - In morning need to go to reception because the hotel was out of water and we were using bathroom. 7 - AC was not working in one of the room. 8 - They were run out of clean bedsheet and pillow cover.
Very bad premise, I have booked it for 400 applying all offer, but didn't paid that amount online I thought I'll pay after reaching but he asked to pay by cash and provided me a non ac room and said to me 400 me yhi milega pay 300 more to get ac room. Don't book here condition of the room is very pathetic.
