Friendly approach, very near local bus stand, police station & veg& non veg restaurant

Booked this hotel one month before via YHAI reference. While check-in, the receptionist informed that the AC room is not available and openly admitted that it's their fault they overbooked. They were trying to accommodate in and standard non AC room without offering a refund or alternative arrangements. Please avoid this hotel if you want a hassle free traveling experience.

I'm a film festival buff (IFFI) from Chennai. Travelled as a couple. We stayed in a double bed A/c room in the first floor for 3 nights. Pros: 1.Location - very close to Dona Paula beach. Pretty close to Miramar, Kala Academy and Inox. 2.Lowest room price for an A/c room during the IFFI season. 3.Spacious room with balcony. 4.Big mirror. 5.Flat tv. 6.Spacious bathroom. 7.Peaceful side of the city. Not at all noisy. 8.Enough space for parking if you've rented a two wheeler. 9.Hot water available. 10.Very respectful and kind staff. 11.Allowed an early checkin and delayed checkout without extra charges. 12.There are 2 restaurants next door - a non veg restaurant & a south Indian veg restaurant. You get decent food at both places. Cons: 1.Front desk is mostly empty. I guess the person incharge of reception is seated in a room in the first floor, so you need to call via phone upon arrival. 2.Room service is not available after 10pm. 3.There's no internal phone for Room service, but instead you can ring a bell. 4.Room service didn't offer to clean the room. We didn't ask for it though. 5.Refrigerator is not available. So you need to buy ice cubes at shops for drinks. 6.No in-house restaurant. Cons are nothing compared to the pros of this hotel. I'd definitely recommend this place for solo, family and couple travellers.

We booked through youth hostels (partner portal) and on reaching there they told us that the booked ac room is not available and we can take the non ac one. The person was not apologetic and had the i dont care attitude. Finally we had to settle in a nearby guest house.

I wish a minus rating was possible to give. My plan got changed and I could not cancel the booking (made via Goibibo). The numbers were not reachable. Now the system shows - "stayed" and hotel is denying any refund. Well done! Beware of this hotel.

Good location. About 0.5 kms from Dona Paula beach. But the hotel rooms are very old. Bathrooms were clean but old. Overall an ok place if you want to stay for a day or two.

Budget hotel with all basic amenities, near to Dona Paula beach. Safe and secure area. Well-connected with main road. Easily accessible. Dry fruits, Bar, Rental Bike shops, restaurant are located nearby. Beautiful sunrise and sunset view from hotel.

We use to visit frequently to Goa almost every 6month .I never stayed such a disgusting hotel in my life... bathroom is full of sentipits even sentipits are trying to climb up from WC. If you stop the fan then mosquito starts biting. you can see easily cobwebs every where in the room.. staffs are not good by behavior. on my cheakout date they started calling me since morning to know that when we will be checked out. drinking water has to refill by your own. I just don't want to Wright anymore coz endless problem we faced during our stay.
