SPOT ON 42929 Sairam Residency - Hotel in Madurai - Madurai, India

I Stayed there for 03 nights from 2nd October till 5th October. Nice and peaceful Stay. Rooms are good. Hotel staff is good too. Meenaxi Amman Temple walking distance. Hot Water was available. But only problem TV was not working. Hotel within market area so all facilities nearby.

Pathetic service. Horrible. I request all of u to not book online for this hotel. After booking thru mmt, they refused to provide room. Started asking for cash payment. They say they terminated contract with oyo 3 months ago. But still continue to use oyo board and mislead public. Their name has changed. No proper calling number. Refuses to allow to speak to manager. Beware of this lodge. The lousy fellow at the reception Always asking for money.

Good budget hotel for 300 inr. Only booked the room for taking bath and to go for darshan and other tourist places. Loved it thanks. Beware that there is no online booking available for the hotel. They accept on the spot payment. But room are very dirty and hence giving 3 stars. Location wise it's Good. Near to Prominent places and nice.

Worst room from OYO in Madurai. Don't think anyone has ever stayed here. Horrible service, surroundings, owner and manager/Watchman. You're better off staying in Hotel Samrat which is on the main road with the same price..

Horrible and pathetic experience..they took away my belongings from the room without my permission when I was not in the room and on asking about it, they denied and were ignoring and then later accepting that they only have 1 material and rest of the belongings they didnt know. The cost of my materials missing were around 10,000 to 12,000. Those who are planning to book a room here, BETTER DON'T.

Giving only 1 star, because there is no 'zero'. It was our first awful experience taking such a dilapidated room. The main disappointment was the receptionist as he was asking like a beggar, "give me something extra" like that. When we got into the room, there was no soap, no towel. We asked for the towel, but we got the reply from receptionist "'there is no towel", only bedsheet is available. Still we don't understand why oyo is taking these types of hotels. Thank you.

Residency is nearest to periyar bus stand about 0.7m, to railway station about 1.1km and to meenakshi amman temple about 0.9m...other than this rooms look clean and neat (I think it's bcozs rooms are recently painted) could not able to breathe as well... Floors are little sticky...bathrooms are little dirty... Bathroom floor mats are not replaced still wet and sticky( i think it is replaced about a month before)...As a reviewer I will not recommend to choose this residency... And please don't use OYO app to book rooms it has rule like you should checkin and checkout 12pm to 11am if you are checkin at 6pm same need to checkout before 11pm next day... It's not worth for paid money.

Pathetic.. not worth to visit after seeing the reviews booked this hotel ( not hotel its a lodge not maintained properly) when I entered the room found cigarettebuts and stained pillow when I went to the reception (actually the dont have but they are saying)the staff refused and asked me to check out and refused to change the room nor ready to refund my money.. travellers please avoid staying in this hotel (Not even a lodge)
