Poor experience Staffs are talking roudly and no properly give service Rooms are not proper clean.
room is good and comfortable. they also having electricity backup. they are providing tatasky service but TV entertainment channels are not active. hotel name is Hotel Crystal and Restaurant but they are bringing food from outside. my room is on 3rd floor and there is no lift you have to use stairs for up and down and about room service not picking the phone in reception then call it to owner on his mobile number for providing service. rest good for executives and marketing sales person.
Exterior is modern but inside the hotel is same old furnishings. There is too much dampness which is very unhygienic. Mattresses are hard, old and smelling. Good thing is that they keep it clean. Too costly !!!
