It was a horrible experience for me. I am a frequent traveler. I have stayed at OYO in different parts of the country. But never had such a bad experience. Don't trust a 4.7-star rating for this hotel in the OYO app. I paid online and booked the room before 3 days of my stay. I was denied checked in saying that they won't accept card payment and I was asked to call the OYO customer care. I had to wait for more an hour at the front desk. At last, I was asked to cancel my booking and rebook. The room and bathroom were so dirty and full of stains. It was nothing like OYO standards. I booked for 2 nights but I checked out the next day as I couldn't sleep there for another night.
Horrible experience. I booked the room in OYO app at rs.605 and when I reached there they said no online payment only cash. They asked me to pay rs.757 when I asked for the reason for extra amount they said it is including GST. When I enquired they said to book with GST or leave the place. Very worst customer service. The room floors are sticky while walking. Don't visit and get fooled

Here Prefer non-AC room that's one to be effective and clean rest room i think 1st floor rooms are more clean than 2nd and other rooms.
Photos are very different from reality at hotel, no clean blankets. Not at all up to OYO standard.
