A fraud owner Mr. Muniyandi and staffs . Promised me the room was booked . Once arrived they gave a different room where mobile network / wifi Internet / Western Toilet was Not there . Again gave me a fake promise we will shift you to a different room after 30 mins . Nothing happened. Later i asked them to refund me so that I can find a different hotel . Which they denied and told Even if you Switch on a light in the room it's chargeable.
They denied the room at the time I visit. I allready double checked the confirmation with Oyo and the hotel. But at the time I arrived hotel they told me that all room are full. Oyo support team is also told me the same and they told me to wait for the refund. After that I never book via Oyo. Contact directly to the hotel is easy way

I went the hotel as pre booked via oyo , but after reaching the hotel, at first the hotel manager was told that they have not any ac room but non ac room available. After that I call oyo customer care, they told that non ac room full now. So, the hotel's service was most 3rs class . Also oyo service going to die. Please avoid the hotel.

We had booked AC room for 8 days , out of which 2 days we stayed in a Non AC room because anyone else was allotted the room which we booked. The remaining days we stayed in AC room but the AC didn't work for 4 days , we kept on complaining but they didn't resolved it and said talks to the manager . The manager at the reception took our phone for some other purpose when we were checking out and ended up rating his hotel 5/5 on Oyo App. And inside the building the net doesn't works properly. And inside the room there is no network.
