No lift to reach the four or five stories. Bathrooms are pathetic. Some bathrooms have open windows with only a curtain.

Air conditioner in my room was not working. The blanket they gave us was very smelly like it was not washed since they open when I complained about it they replace it with new one but it was same as the old one. Toilet was dirty, mirror was broken. I won't reccomend it to anyone

Worst oyo ever visited We were not given rooms even though we pre booked 3 rooms. Instead they offered one single room with all amenities like tv, geyser, extra beds etc .As its already mid night we were left with no option except that room. After checking in they denied bed saying that all beds got wet Early morning when we asked for geyser they gave some another room and asked to bath, that too just for. Tv is not working in room. Finally during checkout they even raised voice and behaved in rude manner. I suggest not to check in this hotel even in worst case scenario.

Pros: Cheap tarrif Rs 500 to 800 and you may negotiate it after you visit the counter. Cons: Don't expect much for services and neatness. No room service and fooding available. Not recommended for families.

this is the worst hotel i have ever visited. i booked this hotel via oyo app and made the payment of 458/- online. when i reached the hotel to check in they denied me the room saying that the payment which i've made is too low, they said that their minimum rate is 1000/- rs and so they can't give me the room and straight away told me to cancel the booking or else pay them 400/- extra, i mean like what the fu*k , if their minimum rate is 1000/-then why 458/- in the app and if it is there and give me the room why should i pay extra its not my fault, i have already made the booking , i have paid for it and they were not allowing me. they told me to talk to oyo, when i contacted oyo about cancelation the executive told me that its not refundable. what is fu*k . in the end i have to pay them 400 extra. this is highly unprofessional and unethical from their side. and the service and maintenaince of room is worst. i asked for the shower kit they didn't provide that.

Hotel is located in a noisy street, but there are lot of stalls and train station close. Room is cold without heating, but you get a warm duvet. Bathroom don't have any outfall, so you must use the bucket. Room was clean and hall is protected by security camera. It is a good acomodation for 1 or 2 nights, but no more.

Total worst experience.. Rude behavior by staff members and they did not provided me TV, Wifi, greaser, water anything, room is not cleaned at all and room is very very small.. i raise a request for refund in oyo. they also did not respond.. worst experience with oyo team too, every oyo team member changing different words about refund,.. don't book any hotel in oyo as well...

Every thing was ok. Only water was not available in the room for one days. And I booked two room there. Out of these two room, one room's bathroom was blocked with water. It was ok for me to get non AC room in 500rs per night. But it's actual cost is 700/ pernight which is not worth. Locality is good. Nijamuddin metro station is at 3 minute walkable distance. You can go to Lajpat Nagar easily via metro in just 20 rupees instead of paying 50 rupees for auto, if you are alone.
