SPOT ON 39385 Venkatesh Palace - Bar in Sirnoor - Kalaburagi, India

Good Hospitality and all but need some improvements like 1. Hot Water Facility 2. Shower 3. Supplying Soaps ( Bath Accessories) etc

Very rude staffs, behaved like goons. Receptionist is The one who also working as a bartender. Don't even know manners. They were forcing us to cancel the OYO room, to take other room for 999 rs.

Not satisfied. Unfortunately i booked hotel, but i wanted to cancel. But no one helped me to cancel stay properly

The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean, and it was in a nice location. Overall we had a great time.

far away from town...no stationery and other shops nearbynroom has no ventilation.its very hot in there.nbathroom is the worst part.the closet was very uncleannroom( and bed) full of some kind of insectnfor 700 rs,its not good

Not goodNo break fast and not clean room no good room.Online all complete room i am booking room and go check no a/c room no tv and no freidge ans not good room

Space and structure are good, location so far from city and also residents area. Faced problems are water off at morning 1st day and power off more than 2 hours in midnight 2nd day.

Nice palace.. Good to sit n enjoyable drinks n food. A peace place where no disturbance can be seen.. Anyways mouth watering tasty food with drinks.. By the way loved it
