Horrible room, cleanliness is out of question. Could smell only HIT insect repellent spray used heavily in room. Dirty sheet pillow and blanket, can't imagine getting to sleep. Bathroom is next level, I don't think there is any cleaning happening.

Room boy(man)was like a big Kamuka..Watching ladies like never saw before.Enters room without permissions.Ask unnecessary questions.Knocks door unnecessary and ask for if u want food any time.If ladies were there he watches like kama pishachi.

First of all, pics shown in the site are not the real ones. Don't fall for it. Worst customer service. Room cleaniness - 0/5. Lift wasn't working. Did 2hrs early check-in for that also they charged us extra money. You have plenty of other good hotels nearby majestic metro so you can try that.

SCAM ALERT! Came to the place after online booking and they tell us no online booking and told us to cancel and pay cash and was going to charge us 1000 rs instead of 300 on the website, poor quality lodge and rooms. Would really not recommend unless you want to just walk in and get a place

Worst Hotel Ever. Staffs is abusive and their Language is Rough also, Lodu, Loda words were used mostly when you left the hotel. Neither Talking Sense, nor giving respect to Customers Never experienced so much humiliation. If anyone wants to humiliate themselves then they can stay but for self-respect I never prefer this Hotel.

The person at the reception seemed very rude. Washrooms were not clean and health faucet was broken. As I booked two rooms; one for my mother & her sister and other for us, my mother told us in the morning that the power was cut in the midnight and they slept with lights and fan off the entire night. When I examined in the morning the main power switch outside their room was turned off by someone in the midnight. I requested the receptionist to check the cctv footage to know who has turned off the mains but he refused to check saying that he didnt know the password to check the footage. This is very disappointing to know that inspite of installing cctv it is of no use during unexpected violence. Apart from that the receptionist asked us to check out by 11PM itself whereas our check in was at 12:20PM. Seemed like this place is very unprofessional and unsafe for people especially females.

One of the worst decision I have made in my life by choosing this place, worst receptionist as well as the owner of the hotel, they just try to lure you by demanding more money if you book online and go there, they will start treating you like a servant, my suggestion is never ever choose to stay in there, you will regret the decision later

Good room with a comfortable bed... But bathroom is very dirty and wash basin was fully damaged (2nd floor 203 room)cleaning peoples didn't response properly.... Calm place to stay... Checked in mrng 7-8 and checked out night 7-8 and rate was 800 for 3 members
