It's approx 6.5 km from puri railway station. Hotel rooms clean & good for couples. They do not have restaurants in the same hotel but they have their own restaurant near the hotel. You can give order of food from the reception, within 30 minsurance you will get the food. Food price are reasonable & taste is like home food. Qty is also OK. Behaviour of hotel persons are good. Beach is nearly 300 meters from hotel. Due to location is bit remote so, auto will take approx 200 from hotel to station. U will not find any restaurant outside of the hotel. It's approx 1 km from Light house.

A very good hotel. Totally couple friendly. Food is very tasty. Rooms are fully clean as shown in picture. Staff behaviour is also good. Service is also good. Overall I will give 4.9 rating out of 5 .

date of visit: 24th - 27th march 2022. so i went to puri a couple of days ago via train. it was a little bit of a trouble finding the hotel as it wasn't on the coast area. anyways, as we reached the hotel, it was pretty nicely decorated, both of the outside and inside. it had a little aquarium, with one loanly fish :( then we were guided to our rooms. a lot of the staff were on break, but it was still good. the room was nice and clean, decorated with led lights in the ceiling, an amazing touch. i couldn't get any proper photos of the room, however i did get one of the led lights. the washroom wasn't the best, but it was ok. room service was pretty good considering there weren't many staff. the only down side of this hotel is its location. i'm not talking about the walk, it's 5/6 minutes to ocean. i'm talking about safety. walking towards the beach side or swargadwar in evening feels unsafe. the hotel security isn't the best either. other than that, it was great. food was hot and tasty. overall, it gets a 4/5 from me. would recommend. :)

Its a very good experience at Aavas ... Staff service is also good and rooms are also perfect .... It is little bit far from the sea beach otherwise its a peaceful place where you can enjoy your stay with family or frnds and also for couples.. Checkout some night click of the hotel

Rooms are nice, but lacks cleanliness. Bathroom were bit dirty. It's near sea beach and in a calm area. The main thing is it's cheap.

Staff and service was very good, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Got a gift also... THANK YOU so much for the wonderful gift.

Awesome place to stay.. Owner is very very cooperative and just 5 min walk from beach, a tranquil feel to the beach at puri..
