I book this hotel and got confirmation from booking site on email as well as on mobile. But when we arrived at hotel, hotel receptionist told that we will not take online booking and he denay for checkin, after lot of argument he told us to pay more amount than actual booking Price. The worst management and hotel staff i ever seen. Worst management and hotel staff , pathetic room service food quality is not good.... Need management contact number for complaint
Worst experience in this hotel ..I booked room from Oyo ..but when I reached there ..they refused for this amount ..they demanded huge amount..they are very rude..they are not cooperative at all..I recommend all to not come in this hotel..they are fraud people..
Really it's good and affordable, specially to middle class it's okay, room service is also good.

Spacious rooms and courteous staff. However the room service and the restaurant service is disappointing to say the least. We were told they had staff issues which led to service issues. The front office managers Suresh and Basu manage the place well
One of the best dhaba's there in Vijayapur. Very good response from the staff. Hyegenic and the food you get from here is best i can say. I have tried many dhabas out there but i can surely recommend this one.
