Horrible place...though the management has changed but the services are horrible. Basic ask such ac remote, water not coming was a surprise for the staff. The rooms also lacked basic maintenance the bathroom tap broke while we were trying to take a bath, don't even go to availability of water. The staff is very lazy and their first answer to everything is a "no". Very disappointed with the overall experience. The location even though is sea facing, but is right behind a fishery and there is a stench of dried fish coming now and then. Not sure if everyone is comfortable with that, personally I wasn't.
Please do look for other options before making a decision

Had a great time here. The staff here is really good and courteous. Meals are also good. A little bit secluded location from the main Mandarmani beach. But the hotel offers nice amenities and it's also pocket friendly.
Got clean room with sea facing view. Service was good. Food are homely and tasti.
Location-wise it's good to enjoy Seaview from every cottage but maintenance is just ok. food is beat costly. The only advantage is the sea beach is not crowded, so you can enjoy it with your friends & family.
Good place to stay and relax on a weekend... Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool.. the food was very tasty and at a reasonable price... The rooms were spacious and decent.. the beach is very near by.. There were no activities on the beach or in the resort.. the beach was muddy but as there was no one around felt like a private beach... A very nice and descent stay.. If you want to relax and enjoy some peace then this is the right place..
