SPOT ON 30735 Dreamland Guest House - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Worst experience ever just because of this I've to search other hotel till 4am early morning. Manager never responded request for refund it was denied, Before we check-in they show check-in and we are unable to stay because the hotel was close before we check-in called the customer care but that doesn't help. I will never use OYO again in my entire life and I've shared this experience to others so that it'll not happen to them. I've paid for 3 nights but didn't even stay for a minute and still I was not allowed to get the refund. Thanks for your great customer support keep it up and never get the customer again. pathetic experience

Poor quality room , unclean room , waste of money,Booked room from OYO. Worst possible room was given. Towel wasn't clean. There was paan stain on the room wall. Table in the room was broken. Jet spray of the toilet was broken (direct line). Fans were unclean. Even soap was not standard soap that is provided in OYO, forget about shampoo. Clearly not worth the money I spent.

There was some mistake while checking in... Had to wait almost 1/2 hr just standing there. Because there is no sitting area in the reception. And the bed was freaking joined with a long bench. And that too the beach was almost broken. And the surrounding was also no good. There are so many hotels and market and the area was really crowded. Not the best

Worst hotel I ever saw in my life. 1. Rooms are very dirty, smelly and doesn't have any window for passing air. It's very suffocating to live there. 2. Towels and bedsheets are not washed since decades. Those are very smelly and dirty. 3. Doorlocks were broken, how can one compromise on safety? 4. Bathroom is the worst part. It's so dirty that I didn't stepped in. 5. Very unprofessional staff, most of the time none is available in the reception. 6. That area is very bad surrounded by meat and fish shops. It's like slums of Guwahati. I would suggest not to visit this hotel. I checked out after 30 mins of checking in. Totally wasted my money.

Room is not that much good, not even other oyo hotels classic room quality. Room is not even clean.

My experience at this place is very bad. Water leakage in washroom. No purified water source here. The nearby areas also very bad as there are so many shops of fish and meat. No ceiling fan in the room, only one wall fan in middle of room which is flowing air in only one side of the room. No hot water for baths.

No proper parking space, additional the rooms are not hygeine at all. The hotels is below the standard as per OYO policy. There is no 24x7 running water in the hotel.

Pro- 1. Spacious rooms and Bathrooms. 2. Clean and tidy service. Cons- 1. No air circulation in Rooms, because there was no windows in the two rooms I visited. Elderly people will find the rooms suffocating.
