SPOT ON 22109 Nagina - Hotel in Goa, Vasco da Gama - South Goa, India

Very disappointed from oyo service. I booked AC room in this hotel when I arrived there he told me that no AC room is vacant, then I talked to oyo customer care he put me on hold saying that he is talking to manager and after 10 minutes they cut the call without saying anything..!!!. Then next morning when we asked for concession for non AC room he told me that you have not booked AC room...(what the f**k). ..even I confirmed also with customer care that mine room was AC....!!! Very bad service and no proper assistance..

A very mediocre place. Even they filled the bisleri bottle and served. Rest all basic amenities are available. Rent is little high but can be because of the season (dec 1st week). Staff is ok. Main plus point is its location. Less than 500m from Vasco railway station

Staff is not good. They talk with you as if they are your owners. Bad support by staff. No maintance of rooms. Rooms not clean and foul smell around hotel.

Anger here charges more price then the online showing it was 600 for a non AC room but he wanted 900 Which we told him but he says u go other place but I vll give for 900 only non AC room

Very disappointed from oyo service. I booked 3 rooms for 2100 in this hotel when I arrived there. he is asking 3500 manager was talking very badly Oyo ur getting bad reviews from like this hotels there all customers shouting like any thing

Rooms are very big , spacious , luxurious , Panasonic AC was there !! Clean bathroom . Absolutely delighted .

I stayed for two nights... 600 rs. per day... It's okay, affordable..

Ok budget place if you want to stay for a couple of days...neat and clean
